Request a refund
The guarantee covers the AI Snapshot and the Executive Diagnostic: if we can't find at least 10x your fee in sourced, defensible opportunity, we refund the fee in full.

- Use the subject line Refund request.
- Include the link to your report.
- We confirm within 2 working days.
- The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.
